Full management on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo — listing, pricing, guests, housekeeping and a written statement each month. One fee, photography included, nothing upfront.
Concierge & maintenance
For owners who keep the apartment for themselves. We watch over it in your absence and prepare it before every arrival, so your stay in Israel is entirely your own.
Renovation & interiors
One point of contact and no contractor to chase. We coordinate every trade and keep the works in the right order, and you follow the progress without organising it yourself.

What owners usually want to know.
It depends on the street, the size, the layout, the condition and the season. Rather than guess, give us the address: we model it against comparable apartments we already manage nearby and send you an annual range, both gross and net of our fee. The estimate is free and there is no obligation.
Only us. A guest is never given a key. Every apartment we manage is fitted with a coded digital lock, and the code is changed after each departure — so no former guest can return, and no copy of a key can exist anywhere. Your own set stays with our office and never leaves it.
It is the ordinary case. Most of our owners live in France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada or Russia. Everything is arranged remotely, we hold the keys, and we correspond in English, French, Hebrew and Russian.
No. We work at the upper end of the market and accept a property only where we are confident of placing it well. If it is not suited we say so at the first visit — and usually say what would change that.
